Yes, so have you ever wonder how Britney Spears would sound singing Lady GaGa’s smash”Telephone“? If so, now you can, following the surfacing of what appears to be the Pop superstar’s unmastered demo of the Darkchild produced song.
Spears was offered the track, recorded it, yet didn’t use it, leaving it to be snapped up by GaGa not long after which lead to Lady GaGa’s ever growing success. This isn’t the first time Britney Spears rejected similar pop hits; not long ago Rihanna‘s “Umbrella” also was placed to the management of Britney Spears which later that year after recording it she shelved the entire song which was given to Rihanna at a risk.
Although Britney Spears is becoming more and more irrelevant to this day and age in music it’s proves that her legacy lives on with A-List producers are still willing to hand over their hits to singers like herself. With no other confirmed work from Britney Spears it’s hard to see her making a comeback soon after the success with singles such as “3“.
In regards to “Telephone“; I’d anyway chose Lady GaGa’s take on the record, however if you listen closely on the mastered track which Lady GaGa sings - Britney Spears lead backing vocal is still present on the tune and plays through out the chorus! Lady GaGa‘s representative has dismissed reports that the “Poker Face” singer is on a dangerous baby food diet in order to stay slim however sources have told us her on tour demands have been (for legal issues we cannot mention the brand) types of baby food; right from baby biscuits to the actual blended food!
According to sources, Lady GaGa‘s dramatic weight loss was due to the singer allegedly living off baby food, causing friends to fear for her health as the singer battled on through gruelling live performances on little energy (as seen on many fan videos). A friend of Lady GaGa told us “Everyone is really worried about GaGa (ain’t we all?). She’s not eating healthily at all. She’s substituting meals for jars of baby food.” So it looks like Lady GaGa is going gaga! Saying that I hope this is not true, this could lead to complicated mental and physically issues and man cause damage to her over worked body! Lady GaGa is also working on a new album and is currently pushing out a remix album for the time being whilst on tour.
Lady GaGa, who recently claimed she wants the best body in showbiz was said to have stated that the diet is doing wonders for her body but pals of the “Telephone“ singer were debating intervening in the singers eating habits if she continued eating baby food.
I hope Lady GaGa takes some sort of break, she did recently pass out during a performance of “Bad Romance” – all this could lead in to a huge mental break-down which could push back all of Lady GaGa‘s projects for months on end. I won’t hurt if Lady GaGa after her sell-out world tour takes a break before she embraces on another one. In other news Christina Aguilera, seems to be copying the looks of Lady GaGa‘s “The Fame” days – right from the hair, to the walk and to the singing. Although Lady GaGa hasn’t responded to Christina Aguilera‘s sudden change of image and comeback everyone has begun to clock here game plan – which will soon come to an end. Christina Aguilera‘s début album and single are struggling to make it onto the hot 100!
Yes, Rihanna has taken the stage for her “Last Girl On Earth Tour”, whilst on the Europe leg of the tour – due to the ash cloud caused by Iceland Rihanna had to cancel two shows due to travel difficulties, since then and before so Rihanna fans have been running to their blogs saying how unimpressed they where with the set list, and the entire concert. Apparently Rihanna‘s only interaction with the audience is a pre-recorded audio clip that goes “hello (city name), are you having a good time!? i’m having a blast”. This is a bit disappointing for Rihanna, I would of expected a lot more from her!
In addition Rihanna‘s costumes seems to be a very Lady Gaga-like, all in all exposing her desire to be an artist who she isn’t. In fairness Rihanna has changed so much as an artist herself no wonder she is finding it hard to make the concert flow, saying that reports from a Rihanna fan page had complaints that Rihanna didn’t not sing at all during her performance of ”Rude Boy”, “Shut Up and Drive” and “We Ride” where she left that to backing track and backing vocals (ouch!). Oh Ri-Ri with another album readying for August and pushing two new singles (“Te Amo” and “Rockstat 101″), your life is just the exact metaphor of “whatever goes up, must come down”. Akon recently informed the world that Lady Gaga is recording her new album whilst on tour; she is allegedly recording songs for her new album whilst on her tour bus and some of the material is ‘crazy’, according to label boss Akon – already!? when is she going to take a break?
Akon has revealed that due to Lady Gaga‘s never-ending workload and her Monster Ball tour, GaGa rarely has time to visit the studio so has turned to recording the LP whilst on the road instead; thus making this as yet untitled album definitely ”one for the fans” I’m sure this album would be inspired by all the location she is visiting whilst on her tour, or worst to worst the album that could kill off Lady Gaga shortly gained legacy.
“She records while she’s on the road, I’m flying out to Europe to work on some new records with her…GaGa’s just like me. She has a tour bus with a studio in it…Some of the songs I’ve heard are going to be crazy. She’s getting bigger and better,” says manager and label owner (and Gaga’s mentor so far) Akon, who is also working on a new album. He went on to say “She has producers that she works with outside of myself and they are coming up with some incredible records, but the beauty of it is she knows exactly what she wants. So it just makes it easier for me.”
Lady Gaga is readying the set list for her new LP titled “The Remix” a compilation of remix tracks and additional tracks that new made it to “The Fame” and “The Fame Monster“. I’m excited for this project, I just pray it don’t go wrong!
MoMo’s exclusive sources from Sony Music has informed us that Jive Records after their intense arena tour JLS will be then pushed to release a new album for late 2010 or even in the first quarter of 2011 (oh…joy!). In fairness it would be nice to see what major pop label Jive do to these boys, everyone knows that UK acts have always struggled in US markets (Jay Sean dropped from Cash Money, Alexandra Burke‘s shelved from shipping to the states), although there is a gap in the market for the boys it’s essential that JLS work on what type of boy band they want to be.
Needless to day JLS‘s début album was pretty much 13 tracks of mid-tempo same old pop crossover R&B. If there is one thing is for sure they guys will not be transferred to legends like Boys II Men, Jagged Edge or Dru Hill – however the vocal potential is there however I’m still trying to get my head around why JLS has been restricted to use there vocal talents in any of there singles. With new album under development and edging toward production from June; huge producers such as Darkchild (who’s worked with the likes of Mariah Carey, Destiny’s Child, Britney Spears, J Holiday, Janet Jackson and Lady Gaga) have been called in to work on the album along side boyband superstar Justin Timberlake.

With Jennifer Lopez too old to go back to her dancing señorita days and not a skilled enough singer to retire to huge ballads, it’s understandable why Sony Music refused to update her career starting contract. After the epic fails to two singles that where meant to come from Jennifer Lopez‘s new album Epic and Sony Music boated her out of their as soon as you could say J-Lo!
However along came L A Reid (CEO of Island Def Jam) who is planning to bring back the Jennifer Lopez we all knew. Okay, so yes Island Def Jam are talented for making hit albums and great careers – famous for Mariah Carey‘s comeback with her chain of platinum LPs – however, you need the talent their for it to make a comeback – to put it straight people have just stopped listen to J-Lo and got a little bored of her music, it’s going to be hard for her seeing as Lady Gaga and Beyonce have planned new work to come out in the following months, let alone two album mates Rihanna and Mariah Carey also planning to release something for the summer! It’s going to be hard for L.A Reid to balance his time, but sources have confirmed that Mr Reid will even be producing the new album himself – hm Ms Lopez is getting a lot of attention. We lets just hope they use the money they made from Justin Bieber in to good use – they wouldn’t want to shelf another album right…? I hope this works out for J-Lo, but if all else fails she has still got her acting career which she would easily fall back into – and that’s without any effort!

Beyonce fans, sit down and take a few breaths! Sources have revealed that Beyonce is reportedly pregnant with her first child. The Sweet Dreams singer, who is married to rapper Jay-Z, is rumoured to be expecting the couple’s first baby after nearly two years of marriage.
According to US sources, they have: “learned from a rock solid source, that the pop superstar’s expecting, is doing fine and resting (for now).” (Yay!). Sources also revealed that Beyonce’s hubby is said to be: “extremely happy to be having his first child with Bey.”
The former Destiny’s Child star, who recently collaborated with Lady GaGa on the number 1 hitTelephone, is thought to be working through her pregnancy up until her due date.
Beyonce wed the Empire State Of Mind rapper in a candlelit ceremony back in April 2008 but the couple have always tried to keep their relationship out of the public eye. However Knowles, 28 has always spoken publically about her desire to have a family. She has previously stated: “Well, I’m an ambitious woman, and when I do anything, I do it really hard,” ”If I work out, I work out really hard, and if I love somebody, I love them all the way. She added: “I’m very loyal. I want a whole bunch of kids – but after I’ve got certain things out of my system first.” This seems to come at a good time, after rapper 50 Cent‘s comments on Jay Z and Beyonce’s relationship! – take that 50!
Lady Gaga announced today that her next single from the album “The Fame Monster“, “Alejandro” has got a lot to live up to after the (controversial) “Telephone”. However sources has confirmed that the new music video will not be part of sequel of “Telephone” (do I hear the crazy parents scream yay!)
All in all “Alejandro” has got a lot to live up to after the huge catalogue of songs she has produced and co-written. It was also confirmed from internal sources from Interscope Records that this is one of the very few music videos Lady Gaga has co- directed, so yes GaGa fans this will be very interesting to see…however slightly worried for Lady Gaga as who knows with other strong females making a return, Gaga better step up her game if she wants to keep on top of things!
“I’d marry Beyonce and have a really big family.” is what 50 cent told MTV! (oh dear, here we go!) After saying that he then went on to say “I would kiss Beyonce, Lady GaGa and Rihanna. If I married them in Africa I’d have three wives.” – ew! Okay, so now slightly worried about his mental health here (maybe he was high?).
With all that said I highly doubt 50 cent is in any position to start criticizing other’s careers (do i hear your “Before I Self Destruct“ album flopping?), the failing rapper then went on to say that Jay Z (who is now 40!) was only famous for marrying Beyonce. (yes there is more!), 50 cent or as here in the UK well call him 0.33 pounds the said “Outside of the States and hip-hop circles, no one really knew who he was until he married”.
Now, I think this is a desperate call for some attention! After 50′s flopping album and in talks with leaving Interscope Records (and to add G Unit is up for sale!), maybe this is a quick fix for much needed media attention! 50, just remember no one messes with the Jigga!
This is so ridiculous and has made me so angry! So some (foolish) people from Fox Television network have pledged for Lady Gaga’s new single “Telephone” featuring Beyonce from the new album “The Fame Monster” to be banned under the fact that it’s too “sexual” and “violent”.
Firstly, who in there right mind would want to do what Lady Gaga and Beyonce are doing in this video (seriously!) and to think people want this work of “art” to be banned on very basis because some people do not like it is the biggest bull S%$£ I’ve ever herd!
