Pop mannequin Rihanna unleashes her latest array of colourful distractions in the video for her latest single “S&M“. The club destined cut serves as the 3rd release to be lifted from the aspiring singer’s 5th studio album “Loud“. Released in November, the Platinum certified LP looks set to outperform her past efforts (even though it consists of mainly filler) In any case, check out the Melina directed video above.

Rihanna’s “S&M” video…
Justin Bieber “my voice is changing…”

So a little birdy told me that Justin Bieber has admitted that his voice is changing and he is working with a vocal coach to help him adjust. Following reports that the Baby singer’s voice could be finally breaking, the 16-year old heartthrob has confirmed the news, telling the Today Show that he is coping with the difference in his singing. A look at Rihanna’s “S&M” video…
Bust out the whips and chains. Rihanna gets dirty (ew…) on the set of “S&M,” the new single off her latest album Loud. In the behind-the-scenes footage from the Melina-directed video, RiRi, clad in pink body latex, spins around in a chair and plays naughty games with hostages before putting on a red clown wig (a look inspired from side show bob) and clutching a blow-up doll. Ow! And trust me you think “Rude Boy” was hot, well then just wait and see. (more…)
Rihanna on the set of “S&M”

So sideshow bob, I mean Rihanna showed off her new wig. (Again), Rihanna serves up more scintillating stills from her “S&M” video shoot with director Melina. In the latest photos, the big-haired diva can seen lounging on an office desk in a pink latex cocktail dress surrounded by the prying press. For another look, the Playboy bunny, wearing a hip-hugging getup, black stilettos, and yellow ears atop her flowing crimson locks, reclines against a wall covered in tabloid headlines. There’s no stopping her now! – YAWN! (more…)
Jay-Z’s “Decoded” placed on the New York Times best-seller list!
Jay-Z has topped the Billboard charts and Forbes list of wealthiest musicians, and now he finds himself atop a new chart. The rapper-turned-author’s first book Decoded has landed on The New York Times Best Sellers list. And how can we forget the compilation album being released by previous label Def Jam sitting around #6 on the album charts.
Sean Carter’s memoir Decoded debuts at No. 3 on the Hardcover Nonfiction edition of The New York Times Best Sellers list for the week of December 5. The top two spots are occupied by former President George W. Bush’s autobiography Decision Points and Laura Hillenbrand’s Unbroken.
The book, which provides insight into Jay-Z’s lyrics and life, has seen brisk sales since its release earlier this month. It was included on Oprah’s coveted “Favorite Things” show and is currently in the top 10 sellers on Amazon.com.
Entertainment Weekly gave Decoded an A-, calling it “Shawn Carter’s most honest airing of the experiences he drew on to create the mythic figure of Jay-Z,” while The New York Timessays “Decoded gives the reader a harrowing portrait of the rough worlds Jay-Z navigated in his youth, while at the same time deconstructing his lyrics.” – As part of TheMoMoShow.com’s 10,000th tweet give away you could win a copy of the hard back! Jay Z and Pharrell have a lot of catching up to do…
Jay-Z spent on of his late nights catching up with Pharrell backstage at N.E.R.D.’s show with Gorillaz at NYC’s Madison Square Garden, wearing a blue sweatshirt depicting the artwork from his upcoming Decoded book. The image is one of Andy Warhol’s Rorschach inkblots.
Although he’s no longer signed to the label, Def Jam is planning to release Jay’s greatest hits package on November 23. The two-disc set, titled The Hits Collection Volume 1, will include five previously unreleased tracks and a 32-page mini-book bound in white linen with Hov’s diamond logo.
Jay-Z’s The Hits Collection Vol. 1 follows the release of last years The Blueprint Collection and The Blueprint 3. Jay-Z will also appear on West’s My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. November 22nd marks a huge day for Def Jam as not only is Jay Z pushing out an album but also Kanye West and Ne-Yo also.
Jay-Z will be releasing The Hits Collection Vol. 1 while West will be releasing My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy; both albums will be released through Def Jam. Earlier this week West confirmed that he had in fact chosen to stick with My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy as his album title and he also revealed the name of the first single. (more…)

Big Boi “You Ain’t No DJ” feat. Yelawolf
Someone told me this song actually got some play on Atlanta radio the other day. I almost swallowed my tongue. Never thought we’d make it through the entire summer without Big getting a true mainstream embrace. But here we are at the second official single. It’s produced by Andre 3000 and features Yelawolf. The video is aight, definitely made on a shoestring budget compared to “Shutterbugg.” Could it be the same thing that kept Big on everyone’s mind over the past few years was a double-edged sword? The Sir Lucious Leftfoot album leaks, viral videos and resulting blog love probably went a long way in helping him ink the deal with Def Jam after Jive jumped ship. But maybe all that exposure made it hard to create new energy for the project once it was officially released? (more…)

Rihanna is going to get “Loud” this November!
It looks like Christmas is going to arrive early again this year for Rihanna’s hearing-impaired fans. The model with a voice as pleasant as a car alarm will be releasing her new album, ”Loud“, on November 16th; 2 weeks later than the tentative November 2nd date that was originally projected. This marks the 2nd album that Rihanna will be releasing in less than 12 months as it arrives just 1 week short of a year since the release of her last record, ”Rated R“, which hit stores on November 23rd.
She seems so excited to share that voice with the world. O how I wish she was a more selfish person. Rihanna disrobes on the red-hot cover of her brand new single “Only Girl (In the World).” TheMoMoShow.com has your first look at the revealing artwork, which portrays a long-haired RiRi naked in a field clutching her red rose dress. The Stargate-produced dance record goes to iTunes on September 21st, while her fifth studio album “Loud“ is due in November. There is no doubt (even though I’m sick of the record already) Rihanna is looking at her 8th #1! Scroll over to see the art work of “Only Girl (In the World).”. (more…)

Big Boi expected to do big things
With all respect Def Jam records just released the highly-anticipated first single off of one half of Outkast, Big Boi’s, album, “Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty“, that seems to have pushed back for a while. The album is due out on May 4th, so expect to hear some more tracks soon. “Shutterbug” has an uptempo, synthed-out Outkast backdrop complete with a staccato bass thumps and funkadelic crooning. Big Boi, of course, contributes his signature aggressive rhyme style and sets the tone for what will be the first solo album from either member of Outkast. Stay on the lookout for more of this spaced out neo-pop music that refuses to be categorized. All in all, with an track so hot selected to be the lead single of the very long titled début album “Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty” everyone has already started the crazy for Big Boi.
With the label being very tight about releasing any further information about the promotion of the album it seems clear that Def Jam want Big Boi to have the right reception coming from one of the greatest Pop/HipHop duos of all time.
Keep it locked here with MoMo for more information about “Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty” – yes it’s a long album titled which is so irrelevant! But that’s Big Boi all over! I’m guessing this album will do well; there is enough push behind it from both artist and management. Big Boi in many ways is lucky that pushing is album with an entire new song during summer will definitely pick up some new fans, even more so the other lined up singles set for release are going to attract even more attention for Big Boi! Move to the side Kanye!

Big Boi “Shutterbugg”
Let me introduce you to one of the hottest tracks for this summer! Big Boi (other half of rapping duo OutKast) has made his début under the Def Jam label. “Shutterbugg” although a huge move from the pop-rap of OutKast, Big Boi does well in the new single showing originality in the music video and the single itself. “Shutterbugg” will be the lead single off the album “Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty” (yes, that was a mouthful). Interestingly the new album (do I really need to repeat it!?…) “Sir Luscious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty” will be distributed through Def Jam and Purple Ribbon (the label which is owned by OutKast) – could this mean that OutKast are not totally finished!
In regards to the music Big Boi – this has to be given five stars! Even more so this music video has kinda got my excited about the album; confirmation came today that Big Boi‘s album will include work and collaborations from T.I., Jamie Foxx, Gucci Mane, B.o.B, Andre 3000 and Mary J Blige. “Shutterbugg” is currently climbing up both the billboard hot 100 and R&B charts. “Shutterbugg” is also expected to be released officially in the UK in the coming week. The Big Boi is currently in heavy circulation on tv and radio. (more…)
