In response to the “publicity stunt” swirling controversy surrounding his marriage to Christina Milian, The-Dream has decided to break his silence  and issue a statement regarding the situation via his official site. Mr. Nash has taken “full responsibility” for the situation and noted that his marriage to the singer had been “failing” for a while.

The-Dream said “First I want to thank God for the trials of life, without them we can’t know purpose! I would love to tell the truth as to why my relationship wasn’t successful, but today that is between me and Christina.  Its easy to say that it’s because of another woman or a new relationship but truthfully, IT’S NOT. I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile!  I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn’t for anyone to know.  I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that!  There was so much going on in me and Christina’s personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing.  Instead of being direct in order not to cause even more hurt or hurt someone’s feelings, I carried the weight in secret!

I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time… This is Life.  Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I.  I am not proud that I lost something we once had…LOVE!  I’ve always been a Loving Father, Hard Worker, Generous, Stern and Eager to prove myself.  My faults are I can be irresponsible and an ass sometimes, but I HAVE NEVER and WILL NEVER be a malicious person or wish harm to anyone, especially those I love or the mother of my child.  I’m sorry for the embarrassment to everyone involved!  If there’s anyone to blame and you can’t fathom this happening, please blame me and me alone for not being upfront!  Even though we were trying to overcome personal things between us, I was just simply scared and embarrassed to let everyone know we WERE FAILING and HAVE NOW FAILED! This is not to justify anything, it’s true emotion! It’s a real thing that involves real people!  I’ve cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I’ve tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming. But I was reminded by my MOTHER that I am not “Superman” and its okay to lose sometimes…This too shall pass! And everything will be fine!” – I mean this brother just loves to go on and on! I mean, good luck to The-Dream and his new…erm, yh – good luck! (more…)

Yes, you guessed it! Speculation surrounding the relationship between The-Dream and Christina Milian is set to intensify after the hit-making producer was snapped ‘getting close’ with a mystery woman while holidaying in the Caribbean last week. The pictures come just one month after he strenuously denied that there was any issues in their marriage.

Interesting, even though with a child in the equation, these two look like they going to end it! – yawn, so now we all know why he named his album “Love King“. Of course Christina Milian did the next best thing, and tweeted her business to the world! Here are more exclusive shots of the new couple!

Also notice, how The-Dream has gained, a little – okay I’ll drop the nice act, yes boy has he put on a lot weight! Needless to say his new woman isn’t really a head turner if you ask me either. Needless to say, it’s just another way The-Dream can probably try and shift  a few albums that are gathering dust on the shelve. – Sad times hey…sad times!

The-Dream is planning a summer release for his new album, “Love King“, which will hit stores on June 22nd. The album is being preceded by the title track first single which has thus far peaked at #26 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart and #92 on the Billboard Hot 100. The-Dream’s previous LP, “Love vs. Money“, received rave reviews from critics and was ranked at the 8th best album of 2009 by Rolling Stone magazine despite being overlooked at this year’s Grammy Awards ceremony.

Saying that, The-Dream‘s “Love King” single has nothing to scream about, this single could of been place on “Love vs. Money” or even his début “The American Dream“ thus showing no true progression with his style. That said the video is plain boring and I’m sure his wife and mother of child (Christina Milian) would have a few things to say about this! I do no predict great things for this album, so don’t brace yourselves for anything special – you’d be lucky if you hear on day time radio. In other news The-Dream is still fighting a case over a copyright issues on the single “My Love” from the “Love vs. Money” album.

US Weekly has hit us up with the first photos of Christina Milian with her new daughter, Violet. She looks just like The Dream. With Christina Milian keeping awfully low after the epic fail of her shelved album “Elope” – now no longer available in a store near you!, and been getting on with her duties has a good house wife!

With daddy The Dream working on a new album whilst baby Violet was born, it may lead to a much needed push back of “Love King” – another album from the non-progressing or as he calls himself “radio-killer” (between me and you that’s literally!).  All in all it gives both The Dream and Christina Milian a much needed break and all time to spend with their baby girl, and hopefully people will forget about those failing projects…congrats!

What the hell were Interscope thinking? With Christina Milian departing from Def Jam and with new bundle of joy on the way it’s clearly not the time to be getting ready for a new album and a proposed tour? “Elope” will be the fourth studio album from the one hit wonder ever two years singer.  Rumours are that Insercope took Milian on a “risk”, with budgets running low in the music industry in general it’s safe to say this album is going to be a complete failure.

Milian biggest competition was most probably Ashanti (hm i wonder where she is), and her departure from Def Jam did leave her career to fall (she isn’t the only one leaving Def Jam – but there is an entire story about that!). In the early production of the album, Milian described Elope‘s genre as “pop-urban-international”, and “very feminine, strong and independent”. Milian later said that she was excited because the album was not based on any single genre. The singer felt that radio had changed, and although in the past urban stations would not play pop songs, music had evolved and all genres had found a common bond (you don’t say!).

Milian said (yes there is more, she should write a book no an album!) that the genre of the album did not matter, because “at the end of the day it’s all about music”. Compared to her previous album, Milian says that Elope has “a fresher more feminine touch to it”. During the production of So Amazin‘, Milian was dealing with her break-up with Nick Cannon (girl! don’t mention his name, Mariah might come down there!) , which was reflected in the songs’ lyrics. The Dream today confirmed that he will be dropping weight for his new and upcoming lead role for 2010 blockbuster “Love King” (expected to be released during the second quarter).  So with new baby on the way with new wife Christina Milian, The Dream is ready to hit the big screen but the problem is, some screens are just not big enough!

The Dream tweet’d on his twitter “I am going down to 170 lbs for an upcoming film and the release of my third album”, more information on the new movie is still limited however But Dream’s producing partner Tricky Stewart stated recently that the album is almost done ”It’s pretty much in the can” (that’s three albums in three consecutive years?). The album is expected to be one of the best sellers for 2010 however the Dream is yet to release a single from the new album “Love King”.

The Dream told sources that not all of his tracks made it onto the album, however is was going to be “nowhere near like Love Vs. Money or Love Hate”. (why in all of his albums has he put love?).  Alot of the production details and samples have been limited due to the on going hacking of record label software that is spreading. So what does new wife Christina say? “i’m so happy that he’s doing something he’s always wanted to do, i love him and so supportive of him…” (she then blows a kiss to the camera! okay then), so with supportive baby mama at home pampering herself before the big drop! It looks like the album, movie and baby might all drop at the same time!

I don’t know about you, but did you know The Dream and Christina Milian were together?, even more so did you know Milian is four months pregnant?!

So Cuban-American R&B artist Christina Milian is over the moon in expecting her new bundle of joy! Milian says she and hubby The-Dream are happy.
“We’re very excited,” says Milian.

Milian and hit making producer The Dream official tied the knot secretly in Las Vegas with two close friends, Beyonce and Rihanna last month. The couple reportedly then celebrated their “union” in Rome with friends and family.

So It looks like the young Milian won’t be dipping it low or hitting the lights because she can’t rock it day and night!
