Chris Brown appeared in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom today where a judge lifted the restraining order prohibiting him from going near ex-girlfriend Rihanna, reports US sources. Judge Patricia Schnegg reduced the ban to level one, meaning that the former couple can have contact as long as Brown doesn’t “harass, annoy, or molest her.”

A solemn Breezy, wearing a gray suit, sat beside his attorney Mark Geragos, who spoke on behalf of his client. The 21-year-old singer nodded when the judge asked if he wanted to waive his next court appearance.

Rihanna’s lawyer Donald Etra appeared on her behalf, telling the judge that she had no objection to the new ruling. “I have spoken with my client and she does not object to the reduction from the stay away order to the level one, or the do not annoy, molest, or harass order,” said Etra.

Brown initially requested the removal of the restraining order after completing his 52-week domestic violence counseling last month, and will remain on probation until 2014.

Yaay! Chris Brown just unveiled the official tracklist of his highly-anticipated “F.A.M.E” album. The record will hit stores on March 22nd and includes collaborations with Tyga, Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes, Justin Bieber, Ludacris and others and Rihanna! (LOL just kidding!). Keri Hilson is ready for her “One Night Stand.” The R&B singer-songwriter is gearing up to shoot a video for her duet with Chris Brown off her underrated album No Boys Allowed, releasing the cover artwork where she looks past her dark sunglasses while tugging on her sleeveless jacket and flaunting her “No Boys Allowed” necklaceWhile the slow jam takes listeners into the bedroom, the video promises to be sexy but not over-the-top. Though she has a few potential singles in mind, Miss Keri went with “One Night Stand” due to demand from her fans.

“My fans are really liking ‘One Night Stand’ with Chris Brown,” she previously told us of the Charlie Bereal production. “I have a lot of favorites, but the fans are wanting ‘One Night Stand.’ It’s going to be my urban single.”

The treatment for the video is currently being finalized and shooting is scheduled for later this month.

Yet again Chris Brown took to his twitter to spill out his “true emotions” (despite being told by management several times not to do so) about the verdict at the Grammys last night. “Deuces” singer failed to garnish any awards last night and said To all the fans!! I love y’all. Don’t be upset!! This industry is based on politics and asskissing! My only concern is team breezy! F**k everybody else!” tweeted a heated Brown. “Im just happy to be able to make music!! #teambreezyrocks !!!”

In the Best Rap/Sung Collaboration category, Chris and Tyga’s “Deuces” lost to Jay-Z and Alicia Keys’ “Empire State of Mind,” while his third studio album Graffiti was beat out by Usher’s Raymond v. Raymond in Best Contemporary R&B Album. Breezy also took an L in Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals to Sade’s “Soldier of Love,” which edged out his duet with Tank “Take My Time.”

Bieber is about to meet Breezy. The teen idol has announced the Valentine’s Day release of Never Say Never – The Remixes, a seven-track offering featuring collaborations with Chris Brown, Kanye West, Raekwon, Usher, Miley Cyrus, Jaden Smith, and Rascal Flatts. Chris Brown will appear on the remix to “Up,” a bonus track originally off Bieber’s latest album My World 2.0. “ME and @justinbieber got a BANGER/SMASH record for all the fans out there at the top of the NEW YEAR!!!” tweeted Breezy last month.

Other cuts included on the album are Kanye West’s remix to “Runaway Love” featuring Raekwon and Usher’s remix of “Somebody to Love,” both of which were previously released.

In addition to the new music, the 16-year-old heartthrob will hit the big screen in the 3D documentary Justin Bieber: Never Say Never, opening in theatres on February 11.

Nearly two years after his assault on Rihanna, Chris Brown appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom for a progress report where his attorney requested the removal of the restraining order against his client.

The “Yeah 3X” singer, dressed in a shawl sweater, button-up shirt, and tie, sat before Judge Patricia Schnegg with his lawyer Mark Geragos. After telling the judge that his client had completed his 52-week domestic violence counseling, Geragos asked that she remove the existing restraining order against Brown, reports RadarOnline.com.

“It makes it difficult at award shows and such,” said Geragos.

Before the request can be granted, Rihanna’s attorney must approve of the modification from a “stay away” order to a “do not annoy.” Brown is scheduled to remain on probation until 2014. Despite his three nominations, the 21-year-old star’s rep recently told the AP that he was not currently scheduled to attend next month’s Grammy Awards.

The R&B star was given five years probation and six months community labour after pleading guilty to assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna in February 2009. Brown’s community service has included cleaning roads and removing graffiti, reports BBC News.

“Out of thousands of probationers, no one has done a better or more consistent job than you have,” Judge Patricia Schnegg told Brown. ”I really want to commend you for taking responsibility and for actually working diligently to complete all the things the court has required of you.” – I mean he is moving on, let’s just hope his fans still feel that way!

However, that’s not all Brown has in store for his fans. He is also set to embark on a world tour beginning in January 2011. Expect to see Brown performing shows in the UK and Australia before ending the trek in the US in Spring around the time that his new ”F.A.M.E.“ album hits stores.

Others claim that shortly after releasing “Between The Lines” which features his fellow “Deuces” collaborator producer and aspiring rapper/singer Kevin McCall. Chris Brown announced via twitter that he will be releasing a followup to his standout ‘In My Zone’ mixtape. The singer, whose latest single, “Yeah 3x,” recently debuted at #33 on the Billboard Hot 100, will drop ‘In My Zone 2′ on Black Friday (November 26th). However, that’s not all Brown has in store. He is also set to embark on a world tour beginning in January 2011.  The tour which is set to begin in January 2011 will kick off in the UK and will then hit Australia in February and will draw to a close in the US in the Spring. As of yet, no dates or cities have have been announced.
