The former couple is engaged in a legal battle over payments from the teen pop star’s smash “Baby.” As part of their divorce settlement, The-Dream previously agreed to pay Milian a significant amount, including 10 percent of his publishing stake in the Biebs’ 2010 hit single “Baby,” which he co-wrote with her. Christina Milian readies new album for 2011

(Here we go!), Christina Milian fans have been patiently waiting for new music. After having a baby and separating from her husband, the 29-year-old singer is readying an album that will showcase her fun, sexy side.
“Next year I’ll finally be putting out a new album,” Christina said backstage at the American Music Awards. “I think I always say that, but this time I mean it. I just had to find some time to revamp and regroup everything for what this new album’s gonna be. It’s gonna be fun, it’s gonna be sexy, it’s gonna be everything that embodies what has happened in my life, but of course in the most fun manner.”
She hinted that she would address her separation from The-Dream, who she mothered a daughter with earlier this year. “There are a lot of secrets that are gonna be on there. I’m sure I’ll get to expose lots of sexy details,” she teased. “It’s gonna be fun, a lot of really good energy, a lot of great club songs. A lot of real intimate songs that are just true to my heart and what goes on in my life.”
The follow-up to 2006’s So Amazin’, previously titled Elope, will be reworked before its release in 2011. “It’s gonna be done through Interscope Records and we’re just getting started on revamping that album now.” – I really hope this album works for her; for so many reasons, I mean why should talent be wasted! Ne-Yo is now a father to a beautiful baby girl…

Ne-Yo is adding a new role to his already extensive résumé. The R&B crooner has become a father for the first time. His girlfriend, Soul Men actress Monyetta Shaw, gave birth Friday night to a baby girl.
The baby, originally due in the new year, was born in an Atlanta hospital. The “Beautiful Monster” singer, 31, was reportedly at a charity event for his foundation when he was informed that Shaw had gone into labor, but he made it to the hospital in time to witness the birth. A previously scheduled baby shower was to take place at the hospital Saturday.
“Much luv to my twit fam and everybody showin’ luv to my new addition!! She’s healthy and happy. Feels like I’m in luv for the first time,” tweeted the new father. “Welcoming that lil’ girl to the world last night defined for me what ‘willing to kill and die for’ truly means. My world, my life, all hers.”
Ne-Yo will perform at next Sunday’s American Music Awards before giving birth to his fourth album Libra Scale on November 22. “Brand new baby, brand new album. Life is GOOD!!!!”

Alicia ditches a date with her baby for a party!

Alicia Keys made her first official public appearance since giving birth to her son Egypt Daoud Dean last month. The new mom, showing off her post-baby bod in a leather skirt, boots, and scarf, stepped out in style as GQ celebrated her husband Swizz Beatz’ appearance in the November issue. The loving couple danced and showed some PDA at Kastel at Trump SoHo Hotel in New York City before driving off in their Aston Martin.
Mamma alert! New Mum Alicia Keys is gracing the pages of the November issue of Vogue Italia and boy is she looking stunning! Alicia Keys gave birth last month to her first child, Egypt, with her husband Swizz Beatz, the photos were taken while she was still pregnant.
Alicia spoke about being photographed during her pregnancy saying, “I like to transform myself like a chameleon. The photos showing me pregnant seemed brave and strong to me, just how I feel at this time”

Alicia Keys is on cloud nine after giving birth to her firstchild, a boy named Egypt Daoud Dean earlier this month. The humbled mom posted a letter on her blog singing the praises of her bundle of joy and expressing her wonderment at the miracle of life. Read Alicia’s heartfelt words below.
Every moment is beautiful; delicious even! Every moment I’m learning and living in a way I never have before. Being present in a way I never have before. Existing in moments I never have before.
Never have I felt so calm, so purposeful in taking the time to truly observe the world around me, to live in it fully and watch it, discuss it, put time toward it. It feels really incredible – so peaceful, so complete and long overdue.
I’m grown, I’m confident, I’m secure, and so blessed to be these things. I’m most enamored with anatomy at this point. The miracle of the human body. The ability to create all these small amazing machines of veins, capillaries, digestive systems, eyes, ears and noses. I can spend HOURS looking at one little EAR! Have u ever noticed how complex just an ear is? A tiny maze of art. It may sound silly but it’s so true. Or a heartbeat? Everyday we wake up and in some way, take for granted the fact that this beautiful pulsating organ in our body is the reason, and yet now that’s all I can think of…And breath; invisible as it may be, how necessary! Alicia Keys is glowing…over twitter

She managed to keep the birth a secret until after the fact, but new mother Alicia Keys has broken her silence on her first child Egypt Daoud Dean, born on October 14. The singer, who was just nominated for four Soul Train Music Awards, took to her Twitter account to express the joy of motherhood and thank her well-wishers.
“There is no word to properly describe LOVE, to describe BLISS, to express a FEELING like this!!! Thank U 4 your love, support & prayers! ; – ),” she tweeted.
Her husband Swizz Beatz retweeted his wife, adding a few words. “Much love for all the support everybody been showing but I want to shout out my Wife for being bigger then SUPERWOMAN!#GODSGIFT,” he said.
The couple married each other in July on the French island of Corsica after they announced their pregnancy and engagement in May. This is the first child for Keys and the fourth for Swizz.
So now I just pray, Swizz just sticks to this wife! While Alicia maybe a blooming mother – this just means all systems got for the rest of her album promotion; we have had confirmation that “Put It In A Love Song” will now be released, however no date has been given – talk about pushing, looks Egypt isn’t the only thing Mrs Beatz pushed out! Ciara and The-Dream caught together!

I’m sure Christina Milian is not going to be happy with this! The fashionable duo of Ciara and The-Dream dressed for the cold weather while photographed on the streets of Manhattan over the weekend. CiCi let her ponytail hang down over a fur-trimmed coat while The-Dream covered himself up with a scarf and fedora. The hitmaker is executive producing Ciara’s fourth album Basic Instinct, which has been given a December 14 release date.
MySpace Music tagged along for a day in the life of Ciara, following her to a radio station, workout session, wardrobe fitting, and the studio with Tricky Stewart. Her adorable pups Tyson and Georgia also make cameos. Stick around until the end for some candid moments that will leave you laughing.
As odd as it may seem, I wouldn’t be too surprised if this is more than just an artist producer relationship – if you get my drift. We all know of The-Dream’s past and failings, so i’m sure now he’s just moving on to the next person her can grab. I hope Ciara, uses the common sense she has and stays as far away as possible from this guy! We all know The-Dream‘s music and producing talent has now finished and is expired, and so is his love life!!!

Alicia Keys “Put It In A Love Song” has been cancelled!

Yes, with Alicia Keys due any time during December and being in no fit state to continue with the planned re-release promotion of “The Element of Freedom” album and not forgetting “The Greatest Hits” LP, it’s now becoming even more clear that these projects will not see the light of day.
With Alicia Keys recently parting with management, which is most likely now to be replaced by new husband and hit producer Swizz Beatz. Be side all the dramas around her, it was confirmed today that the single “Put It In A Love Song” has been cancelled for any further promotion and release. SME (Sony Music Entertainment) stated that “the record was now far overdue, and would not place among those records out now. It would not get what it deserves in the current market” – In all fairness, the hype around the track has been killed and true to the point that “Put It In A Love Song” would epically fall out of any chart if released tomorrow.
As for the much awaited video featuring Beyonce, it will be available to download only through purchase however will then not be placed on youtube…huh? If you ask me, they waited too long for people to get excited about the project, people waited and waited – waited so long we forgot what we was waiting for!

Christina Milian is one hot Mama!

Since her high profile split with The-Dream, Christina Milian has not been camera shy! Making a photo appearance everyday, she’s surely letting the world know she’s single and loving it!
After partying all night with Serena Williams, the baby mama (minus her wedding ring) headed to the Westfield Mall (for those in the UK, that’s just Westfields) , for some shopping with her mother Carmen. Christina Milian must have known the paps would be on her tail because she dressed up for the occasion, teetering in stiletto boots while pushing little Violet Nash in a stroller.
Or maybe of course this could be another day in the life of Christina Milian…I think not! But at the same time good for her! I’m glad she’s making the most out of this because really this is what Christina Milian really needs right now and with an expected album on the way she needs all the attention she can get.
