After exchanging vows in a Miami Beach courthouse, T.I. and Tiny celebrated their marriage with a fairytale wedding on the exclusive Star Island on Saturday (July 31).
The bride and groom both wore white and arrived in a horse-drawn carriage. They were joined by some of their celebrityfriends including Usher, Nelly, Ashanti, Jermaine Dupri, Angela Simmons, Bow Wow, Diamond, and Kim Porter. Monica, Antonia “Toya” Carter, and Kandi Burruss were bridesmaids.
El DeBarge serenaded the newlyweds before the magical evening culminated with fireworks over the water. Mr. and Mrs. Harris jetted off to Atlanta and Las Vegas where the party continues! Read the rest of this entry »

MoMo’s exclusive sources from Sony Music has informed us that Jive Records after their intense arena tour JLS will be then pushed to release a new album for late 2010 or even in the first quarter of 2011 (oh…joy!). In fairness it would be nice to see what major pop label Jive do to these boys, everyone knows that UK acts have always struggled in US markets (Jay Sean dropped from Cash Money, Alexandra Burke’s shelved from shipping to the states), although there is a gap in the market for the boys it’s essential that JLS work on what type of boy band they want to be.
Needless to day JLS’s début album was pretty much 13 tracks of mid-tempo same old pop crossover R&B. If there is one thing is for sure they guys will not be transferred to legends like Boys II Men, Jagged Edge or Dru Hill – however the vocal potential is there however I’m still trying to get my head around why JLS has been restricted to use there vocal talents in any of there singles. With new album under development and edging toward production from June; huge producers such as Darkchild (who’s worked with the likes of Mariah Carey, Destiny’s Child, Britney Spears, J Holiday, Janet Jackson and Lady Gaga) have been called in to work on the album along side boyband superstar Justin Timberlake.
We are currently waiting for a further release date, and possible track list; it’s been official that JLS will be covering a huge soul ballad. For more info keep it MoMo.

US sources have relieved that there is currently a bidding war between all four major labels for the management of Destiny’s Child rumoured “comeback”. All girls before we very reluctant to tell anyone about “if” they where to reunite. It’s a creative process and cannot be “made” to happen things like this cannot be rushed! However with Kelly Rowland about to release her new album, Beyonce taking a break from music and Michelle Williams currently working on Broadway it’s unrealistic for the girls to reunite in significant times in their long awaited solo career.
This may just be a move to challenge the new movement the music industry is going into, Destiny’s Child would be a strong force! And there is doubt about it we could be hearing from Destiny’s Child very soon!

Okay guys some real industry news Record label Warner Music has said it will stop licensing its songs to free music streaming services (eek!?). Companies like Spotify, We7 and Last.fm give free, legal and instant access to millions of songs, funded by adverts (yay!).
Warner, one of the four major labels, whose artists include REM, P.Diddy, Jason Derulo, and Michael Buble and many more, said such services were “clearly not positive for the industry”, we’ll I couldn’t f said it any better! That raises questions over the future of free streaming, which is popular with fans but not lucrative for labels. We got a statement from Read the rest of this entry »

With Rihanna’s “Last Girl On Earth” tour set to kick off tonight in Europe with supporting acts like Ke$ha the finishing touches on the tour are being put in place. With Rihanna’s “Last Girl On Earth” tour being estimated as Universal Music Group’s most expensive tour of this year everything seems to be going to plan. Rihanna has already sold our 19 of her 27 shows and in some locations management are considering to add further dates.
With a twenty song set list, and acts such as Pixie Lott and Tinchy Styrder opening for UK dates, this tour is going be off the record. Comparing to Alicia Keys‘ “Freedom” tour, production on this tour had gone to the extent of a large gun that Rihanna sits on whilst being lowered to one of three stages being used during the tour. Random fact an estimated 14,00 LED screens are being used on this tour! For tickets please visit GigLocator.

With Usher having huge success with new album “Raymond Vs. Raymond” he’s just finished the short tour to promote the new LP in the states and will be making his first UK appearance for the new album on his album showcase on the Album Chart Show Wednesday 21st April 2010.
At the moment Sony Music has not announced how long Usher will be staying in the UK, however interviews with radio stations (which we cannot say due to contract agreements) and television shows. Usher will push his second single titled “Hey Daddy (Daddy’s Home)” alongside climbing #1 “OMG” – if Usher plays his cards right he may achieve two consecutive singles on the UK chart which he hasn’t do since his “Confession” album. At the moment decisions are still being made whether to release a third single in the UK which featured Nicki Minaj “Lil’ Freak”, however with the single also appearing on Nicki Minaj’s album the single may be pushed out later this summer.
We will be following Usher’s stay in the UK very closely and giving you all the latest info about his potential extended tour! Unofficial sources he may do a series of small concerts at the Brixton Academy.

The managers of Glee have spoken to us about their upcoming US tour and their extended world tour. The actors were all at an event earlier this week to launch the second season and are about to head out on the road. Although US dates have been confirmed with huge arena venues booked, their world tour is still under development and may see stages set here in the UK for late August or early September.
Dijon Talton- who plays Matt- explained to our US team: “So, we wrap after the 26th of this month and then two days later we start our tour rehearsals…Every day, Monday through Sunday, for a couple weeks, and then we go on tour for a couple weeks.” Currently Glee owned by Fox is set out to sign a 6 month distribution deal with WBG (Warner Brothers Group) to promote the world tour which may be visiting the UK, Japan, Australia, Tunisia, Spain, France and Taiwan.
Hearthrob of the show Cory Monteith (Finn) said he’d been getting in shape for the live dates. He said: “I’m ready for it. I’ve been working out: bench presses, bicep curls.” While Dianna Agron- Quinn on Glee- said she’s looking forward to the more relaxing part, telling us: “We haven’t started rehearsals yet. I’m anticipating sore muscles, lots of bubble baths.”
Earlier in the week one of the show’s exec producers revealed that they’re considering including original songs in Glee.
